No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products being handmade and customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
🔁 RTO (Return to Origin) – Customer Mistake:
If a parcel is returned due to an error from your end (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable contact, or unavailability during delivery), you’ll be required to bear the RTO and reshipment charges.
Cancellations will not be accepted in such cases.
📩 Delivery Marked but Not Received:
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:
- Inform us within 24 hours
- Email us at colorfulparadise17@gmail.com with your Order ID and the subject line: “Wrong Delivery Status”
Failure to report within the time frame may result in no refund or support.
